About National Storage - Hartland
National Storage on the Brighton/Hartland line runs a self-storage facility that also takes boats, cars and RVs. It sits at 4.8 stars across 188 Google reviews, and a fair number of those reviewers came for the smaller units. The outside storage lot gets mentioned too. Staff names come up a lot. Ryan in the office walked one customer through unit sizes and showed a few options before they picked. Hannah handled pricing over the phone for another. People describe the paperwork as quick, and one reviewer said the rental process took only a second. Cleanliness is a steady theme, and one renter was handed a free lock at move-in. Some reviews are less rosy: a couple of people said prices ran higher than advertised, and one called the online portal clunky. If you sign up, read the rate terms closely. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
