About Neighbor RV & Boat Storage

A gated lot off the beaten path in Ponte Vedra Beach, used for RVs, boats, trailers, box trucks, and cars. One reviewer called it fairly secluded and said the gate made them feel comfortable and safe. Someone is usually around, and folks mention the host, Dohn, is easy to reach and quick to communicate with. Spaces run 20 by 10 feet and 30 by 10 feet, with room for trailers up to 30 feet long. There is on-site water for washing, filling, or flushing, and the property is about five minutes from the Ponte Vedra Outdoors boat launch. Access is by code, cameras watch the lot, and it stays open around the clock. It works for long-term parking. Worth knowing: one review mentions standing water and mosquitoes, so plan for that after heavy rain. Reviews overall are strong, 4.8 from 10 ratings.
