About New Frontier Self Storage - Pine Bluff
People in Pine Bluff who stop by New Frontier tend to leave talking about the staff. Reviewers name Mary, Natasha, Chris and Tasha by name, and the words that come up most are friendly, informative and willing to help. A few mention a special online rate and a quick, smooth rental process. The place is clean and organized, with climate control and alarm monitoring among the services listed. Security cameras and a fence get mentioned in reviews. One reviewer said the facility is well kept and felt confident their items would be safe. Not every review is glowing. Someone picking up a U-Haul before hours was frustrated by a gate code that wasn't in their instructions. Another liked the staff but noted an odor in the office. Online payments are available. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.
