Bea and Steve are named in reviews for being friendly, helpful, and thorough, walking people through unit sizes and paperwork. One reviewer appreciated that Bea took time to explain everything. Another said the set-up was a breeze. Climate control comes up often, which makes sense in Arizona. People also note easy access, plenty of parking, and security they feel good about. A few mention large carts and elevators that make moving stuff simpler. One reviewer wished they'd known earlier that renters insurance lowers the bill, but they got the discount in the end.
