About Oasis RV & Mobile Home Park

Oasis sits right off U.S. Highway 77 at Santa Gertrudis St. in Kingsville, which makes pulling in and out easy. The park runs about 45 RV lots alongside 100 mobile home lots, with palm trees around the grounds and full-time management and maintenance on site. Downtown Kingsville, King Ranch, and Baffin Bay are all a short drive away. It holds a 3.6 rating across 56 Google reviews, and the manager comes up often. Some reviewers speak well of her. Others describe problems with notices for water, trash, and sewage bills and say they were hit with late fees. Other complaints in the reviews: barking dogs, stray cats, and potholes on the interior roads that get patched rather than fixed. One person notes the naval base planes can be loud enough to keep you up. If you want a quiet park, a reviewer says this isn't it. A former resident remembers it more fondly from the 1980s.

“I gave it 5 stars because I love this place and had such a great time living there and I met alot of friends that I still keep in contact with. Of course this was from 1984 to 1987 when the pool was still there and the playground too.” – David M., a year ago, on Google
“*commenting as a visitor only and not as a tenant* the roads inside the RV park need alot of work. 5mph is the speed limit....there isn't much I can comment on” – liz a., 7 years ago, on Google
“The park is always kept clean. Great prices for the area and it's never loud. Everyone keeps to themselves.” – Hector L., 9 years ago, on Google
