About Optimum Storage
Optimum Storage sits on the College Station side of things, serving both College Station and Bryan. It handles covered and fully enclosed RV storage plus boat, trailer, and vehicle parking. Reviewers keep coming back to the little things. The grounds stay clean and the restrooms get compared to a certain famous gas station chain. Several people mention the electric plug-ins, useful for keeping a battery topped up and a roof clear of hail. One person liked that their trailer slot was easier to back into. New keypads and a gate went in at some point, and reviewers noticed. Access is 24-7 with a security gate and cameras, and the site is lit overhead for nighttime moves. Water and an onsite restroom are there too. The ownership angle comes up a lot. One reviewer switched from a national brand after repeated rent increases and said the rate here held stable. Others describe friendly owners who keep tenants updated and are easy to deal with. Pull-through spots are available if backing in is not your thing. Call ahead about current availability.
