About Otter Self Storage
Otter Self Storage sits on Spring Street in Concord, a short drive from downtown and easy to reach off Cabarrus Avenue. It handles more than household clutter: the category list includes RV, boat and automobile storage, with covered and indoor spaces mentioned. The gate uses individual access codes, cameras run around the clock, and the grounds are lit. Reviews split. Several people praise the staff by name for quick move-ins and helpful service, and a few call the place clean and the pricing the lowest they found in the Charlotte area with climate control. Others tell a rougher story: leaks in the building, mold and mildew on stored items, and a rent increase one long-term renter put at 90 percent after new ownership. Climate control comes up often, and not always kindly. If you are parking a rig, ask to see the exact spot before you sign and check the roof and walls yourself. Leasing is month to month, and you can rent or reserve online.
