About Self-Storage at U-Haul
Self-Storage at U-Haul sits in Concord, NC, near Kannapolis and Concord Parkway South, close to I-85. The site handles indoor and outdoor storage, so there is a spot for an RV along with the usual household and business units. Climate control is part of the setup. Access runs 24/7, and cameras are on site. Reviews mention the property feeling safe and secured, and one renter said the facility was clean and accessible. A 5000+ square foot house move needed three 30-foot units, with room to spare for easy access. Staff get named in the reviews. One customer said Kayla made the process comfortable, and another praised Autumn for walking through trailer rental questions. A third arrived to find a booked unit unavailable after a highway change, and the team refunded the difference and found another option. Not every review is kind. One long-term customer described poor communication and repeated account problems. Call ahead before you tow the rig over.
