About Our Storage Boat/RV Lake Conroe
This is a fenced boat and RV storage yard on FM 1097, close to Lake Conroe and the Bentwater community. Access runs through an automatic gate, and a security camera system watches the property. Reviewers split on it. Some long-term renters say the lot stays clean and well kept, that getting in and out is easy, and that staff pick up when they call. One person has rented a space since 2008. Others had rougher visits: one described rodents and droppings around the units, and another was billed after knocking over a post at the entrance and found the person on the phone rude. The 3.9 rating across 15 reviews reflects that mix. Boat owners use it for everything from trailers sitting empty over the summer to big weekenders, whether stored inside or out. If you want current space and rate details, call ahead before you drive out.
