About Palm Coast Storage /Palm Coast Flex Space & Mini-Warehouse

This is a working storage and workshop site on Utility Drive, not a polished retail lot. They rent indoor space for vehicles along with self storage and workshop units. If you need a spot for your rig under a roof, that is the main draw here. Reviewers keep mentioning the 24-hour access and the cleanliness. Mike, the owner, comes up often as friendly and quick to respond when something needs attention. One person called the access a game changer for their schedule. Another praised him as a landlord who keeps the place clean. The feedback is not all warm. A caller could not get through to a manager and called the experience rude. Someone else said the public bathroom needs work. It reads like a plain, functional property where the owner is present and the price and location work for people. Call ahead to check what indoor space is open for your size of RV.
