About Parachute Self Storage - 427 Cardinal Way

Parachute Self Storage sits just off I-70 at 427 Cardinal Way, a straight shot from Battlement Mesa and handy for anyone commuting between Rifle and Grand Junction. The setup is simple: open-air parking for RVs, boats, trailers, trucks and toys. If you need room for household goods or seasonal gear, there are drive-up units too. The lot is gated, well lit and watched by security cameras around the clock. Tenants get 24/7 access. Rent online in minutes and move in the same day. Leases run month to month with no deposit. Reviewers often call the process easy, and a few mention the place feels secure. One past tenant did note a rent increase and removed dumpsters without notice, so ask about terms upfront. It's a local, no-frills spot that does the job for RV owners passing through or parking long-term.
