About Parchment Self Storage
Parchment Self Storage sits in Parchment, Michigan, just outside Kalamazoo. It's a storage facility that also handles boats and RVs, with 24/7 security monitoring and drive-up access. The place has a 4.0-star rating from 29 Google reviews. Reviewers are split. Some long-term renters say they've had units for years and never had issues. They mention reaching an actual person when they call, and one review says they feel safe leaving their things there. Others had a rough time with move-out. A couple of people say they gave their 10-day notice but didn't get the pro-rated refund they expected, and one says messages went unanswered. Another reviewer said the lawn care could be better around the outdoor storage. If you're comparing spots for your rig, the mixed feedback on refunds and callbacks is worth knowing. The facility advertises easy online rentals and month-to-month leases, so you can ask about those terms before you commit.
