About Park Place RV & Boat Storage

Park Place is a new RV and boat storage lot off the beaten path in Fort Lupton. It's a big open field, which reviewers say gives you room to move a rig around without fighting tight corners. Folks mention calling ahead and getting help finding their spot, and the person who runs the place gets called accommodating more than once. The dump station is on-site and part of the monthly fee, which a few reviewers point out as a real plus. Rates come up as good and affordable, and the lot stays clean. On security, one reviewer notes having gear stolen at other lots but says they've kept a trailer here a couple of years now with no problems, and other people they know with trailers here feel the same. It's quiet and tucked away rather than right on a main road. Reviewers say the owner is nice and easy to deal with.
