About Parkview Storage Rentals
Parkview Storage Rentals is a self-storage facility in Chatham, Illinois, that also handles RV, boat and vehicle storage. Reviewers rate it 4.8 out of 5, and a lot of that comes down to the staff. People describe them as friendly, honest, and always on-site, with one renter noting an onsite manager around the clock. Another mentions getting a full month's rent refunded after moving out two days into the month. The climate-controlled units come up often in reviews. Renters who stayed for months or years said the air conditioning worked well and the site stayed clean. Easy access and lights inside the units get a mention too. On the downside, one reviewer said there were no cameras and wasn't happy with how a rate question was handled on the way out, so security is worth asking about yourself. It's a family owned operation. Payments can be made through an online portal according to one review. Ask about current pricing and unit availability.
