About Piney Mini Storage
Piney Mini Storage sits just off Highway 11E near the center of Piney Flats, which makes it an easy stop for folks coming from Kingsport, Bristol, or Johnson City. They offer outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus indoor storage with a large bay door for loading and unloading. The property is fenced and gated with keypad access, security cameras, and an on-site manager. Reviewers mention friendly owners and staff, especially Peggy in the office, who treats customers like family rather than a number. One person noted the prices are reasonable and auto pay is simple to set up. Another said the entrance is a little bumpy to get in and out of, and one review had a poor experience with a U-Haul rental at this location. The facility also rents U-Haul trucks and trailers, and online payments are available. If you need a spot for your rig or boat, it's worth a call to check availability.
