About PKB RVs LLC Parts and Service
PKB RVs LLC sits on Rayon Drive in Parkersburg and wears a few hats: RV dealer, repair shop, parts counter, and storage lot. They've been around since 2000, according to their own description. The lot includes covered storage, and one reviewer who keeps a rig there says Regina is easy to work with and always accommodates access. The parts counter gets steady praise. Reviewers mention staff cutting down an old awning to get a horse trailer owner back on the road, and tracking down hard-to-find parts. Sales has its fans too, with people citing no-pressure deals and prices thousands below other quotes. Service is more mixed. One reviewer had a long wait for warranty work and came away frustrated. The Google rating sits at 4.2 from 105 reviews. If you're comparing storage options, the covered spots and on-site repair are the draw. Call ahead about availability.
