About Platinum Storage & Parking
Platinum Storage & Parking offers outdoor storage in Elgin, Minnesota, for rigs that need a spot to sit. Access is available around the clock, and cameras watch the grounds. Online bill pay is part of the setup too. Reviews here run both ways. Some renters had a smooth time, praising the customer service and finding the online reservation and automatic payments easy to set up. Others describe trouble getting anyone on the phone or by email, especially when trying to cancel, and one reviewer felt the camera coverage was thin. The split shows in the 3.1 rating across 14 reviews. It is a straightforward outdoor lot. Rates came up as competitive in some reviews, and the complaints centered on communication rather than the space itself. If you go, plan on handling things online and keep your own records of any cancellation.
