About Pleasant Gardens Business Park

Pleasant Gardens Business Park sits on wooded acreage off the main road between Old Fort and Marion, set back so the lot is out of view from the road. RV and boat owners get a large storage area behind a secured gate, and reviewers mention the lot is well lit. Security comes up more than once in the reviews. People describe a new alarm system with cameras, and the gate stays locked. If you tow a boat, there is room for that too, not just RVs. The site also has remodeled office space, which is what most reviewers write about. They mention a break room, restrooms, and fast fiber internet. One person called it quiet and gated and affordable. With four reviews and a 5.0 rating, the feedback is thin but consistent. Worth a drive by to see the lot for yourself.
