About Premier Boat & R.V. Storage
A locally run storage lot on the Lake Norman side of things, and one of the few places around Troutman offering covered spots for boats and RVs. Units fit rigs up to 60ft long. The lot is large and paved, so backing a trailer or swinging a fifth wheel into place is not the tight squeeze you get at smaller lots. Folks who store here keep mentioning the extras. There is a wash area with a hose for cleaning up after a trip, a dump station, and free air for your tires. Reviewers also point to the gates and the cameras, and they like being able to get in at any hour when a trip lands them home late. The owner, Bill, comes up often in reviews as easy to reach and quick to sort out things like gate issues or lost keys. It is a family operation and people notice. Clean, organized, and well maintained comes up again and again across the nearly 200 reviews. Some renters started in an open spot and moved to covered when one opened up. Saturday hours are by appointment.
