About Premier Garage Condos of Post Falls

These are storage condos you buy rather than rent, and reviewers keep coming back to that difference. One called them the best in the northwest and pointed to a clubhouse second to none. The grounds get mentioned a lot. Snow comes off promptly, the bathrooms stay clean, and the clubhouse draws praise of its own. Access is available around the clock, so you are not working around office hours. Another building is going up behind the current ones, so the site is growing. People describe the owners as accommodating and easy to deal with, and one reviewer summed them up as good people. Staff are on site. Pricing came up as fair in one review, though no numbers are listed here.
