About Premier Storage Condos
These are storage condos, not a typical lot. Over 450 units sit in 10 steel buildings, each with a 14-foot sectional roll-up door and lighting and power inside. You can rent or buy, and units come in different sizes. One reviewer has been happy with a unit bought back in 2006. Reviewers call the place secure and clean, and mention maintenance gets kept up. Bathrooms and showers are on site, along with an RV clean-out station and water spigots. Gates are lit and access runs around the clock. Boats fit here too, not just RVs. One reviewer described it as first class and said it has what you need for motorhomes, boats, cars and desert toys. Another noted dues went up with new ownership after the HOA took over the complex in 2015.
