About Prestige Storage – Kent City
Prestige Storage sits near West Muskegon Street and South Ball Creek Road Northwest, close to the middle of Kent City. Reviewers call the location convenient, and several mention how quick it was to set up a unit online. You need a code to get through the gate, and cameras run around the clock. Cleanliness comes up more than anything else in the reviews, and most of it is positive. People also write about the gate and the staff. A few were frustrated by a rate increase and by being charged a full month when they moved out early, and one renter found bugs in a unit and was told there was nothing to do about it. Another reviewer had trouble getting their own insurance accepted. Ask about the drivers license and insurance copies before you sign, since a couple of renters say that step wasn't clear upfront. If you want the full picture on fees and notice periods, call the office once and get it in writing.

“Very good experience setting up the rental of a storage space here-with an added bonus of 1/2 off the 1st full month's rent ! Easy online process with little wait time to get approved and sent the needed information for unit.” – Michelle C., 4 years ago, on Google
“Overall experience of renting, and gaining access to the storage unit was a breeze. Only thing perhaps would be padlock requirements or which ones fit. I bought one that didn't fit quite right, but was able to get a replacement no problem.” – Abel B., 5 years ago, on Google
