Prestige Storage - Lewis Center

About Prestige Storage - Lewis Center

Prestige Storage sits in Lewis Center and rents out covered storage, and the reviews point to the front office more than anything else. Corinne comes up again and again. People describe her as patient and clear, and say she walked them through the facility and explained how everything works. One reviewer opened a second unit and mentioned she answers questions they hadn't thought to ask. The rating sits at 4.9 across 257 Google reviews, and the clean, well-kept grounds get called out too. Several people reserved online and picked up the unit the next day. There's also a moving truck on site that customers can use free for a full day, once. The rental process reads as quick from most accounts. Not every review is warm. One longtime customer reported mold and mildew on stored furniture and said the office was unhelpful, so ask about climate control before you commit. The facility offers alarm monitoring, climate controlling, and packing supplies, and the lot is wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted but it isn't open around the clock.
