About Prestige Storage - Spring Lake
Prestige Storage on 148th Avenue in Spring Lake sits near Cleveland Street, giving you a straight shot to US-31 or I-96. Reviewers often bring up how quick the online signup is. One said they had a unit the same day. Another mentioned a staff member named Kiki who fixed a mix-up with a unit far from home. People also notice the little things. A reviewer said a unit wasn't perfectly secured, so the team texted them. When they asked for WD40 on the latch, it was done within a day. Clean units and a clean facility come up more than once. Easy access and security get mentioned too. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer has trouble paying online each month because the links they get don't work. That's worth knowing if you handle everything from your phone. The rating sits at 4.7 from 130 reviews, and the kind staff gets called out again and again.
