About Prestige Storage – Muskegon (Airline Road)
Prestige Storage sits on Airline Road in Muskegon, and it runs as a self-storage facility with units at competitive rates. The company also lists climate controlling, alarm monitoring and online payments among its services. If you need a hand with the move, dollies and carts are there, plus move-in trucks and forklift rental. On Google it holds a 4.5 rating across 65 reviews. Helpful staff comes up most often, and new unit setup gets mentioned a lot too. Reviewers describe units as clean and secure and say the office staff is friendly. One long-term customer has had no problems with the unit itself. The complaints are worth knowing. A few people have seen repeated rate increases, and one person felt overcharged for a small unit and had trouble getting a call back. Another noted access is cut off if you don't pay by the first of the month, and access hours don't stretch past the evening, which can be awkward on a late shift.
