About Prestige Storage - Ypsilanti
Prestige Storage on N. Huron in Ypsilanti runs a climate-controlled self-storage operation. Reviews mention clean, well-kept units and staff who take their time. One reviewer said an employee was patient explaining things and made an urgent move easier. The business side gets good marks too. A long-term renter said it was easy to work with and noted a refund on the last month came without asking. Others call it the most affordable they found locally and praise the quick online setup and responsive offsite staff. Not everyone is happy: one reviewer moving out after 10 years said the rate climbed under new ownership, and another had trouble with access hours and a broken unit door. The tradeoff is the usual one: fair prices and helpful people, with a few facility quirks worth checking before you sign.
