About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage facility in Baltimore that also takes cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. The gate is open to renters around the clock, and cameras watch the property. Climate controlled units are available too. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 360 Google ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. Mr. Kelly and Stephen come up by name for being friendly, patient, and clear about how everything works. Reviewers mention them walking through the details until people felt satisfied. Not every review is glowing. One renter said the unit was not swept before move-in and the lightbulb was out, though the manager offered to install a replacement. Another warned that inside doors lack their own locks, so bring a good one for your unit. Rent is month to month, and packing and moving supplies are sold on site.
