About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage facility in Baltimore that also takes cars, boats, and RVs. Access is available 24/7, cameras watch the property, and climate controlled units are offered at many locations. Leases run month to month, and you can rent online or pay online. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 234 Google ratings. Staff come up often, and the names that recur are Lyneisha and Nhijia. People describe them as respectful, patient, and clear about answering questions. A few reviewers say the whole process was quick and stress-free. The facility itself gets called clean and well-maintained. Not everyone is happy. Some long-term customers say rates went up more than once, and one reviewer reported the gate standing open and pests in a unit. Pricing draws the most comments overall, both good and bad. If you are comparing spots for a rig, ask what the monthly rate covers before you sign.
