About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Bedford runs a self-storage site with covered and outdoor spots for vehicles, boats and RVs. Reviews mention drive-up parking that kept a vehicle covered through the snow, which is the kind of detail that matters in a New Hampshire winter. The lot is gated and lit. Staff come up often in the reviews, especially Donna, described as friendly and quick to answer questions. People also note steady pricing compared with a previous company. One reviewer complained that their rate climbed several times soon after move-in, so read your lease terms. Online rental gets mentioned as fast, and one person signed up on a Sunday when the office was closed. Climate controlled units are available at many Prime locations. Month-to-month leases and autopay are offered. The facility scores 4.7 from 248 Google reviews.
