About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Bridgehampton and covers more than just household goods. The listings include vehicle storage for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles, with boat storage called out on its own. Units come in a range of sizes and some are climate controlled. The property is lit and watched by cameras, and there's 24/7 access along with alarm monitoring. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. One person names Sam directly and calls her the best, crediting her with making the whole process easy. Others describe a knowledgeable team that explains the options and a clean, well-lit facility that feels secure. The unit itself gets mentioned too, with tenants calling it clean and conditioned as promised. Price is the split. A few reviews mention rate increases that arrived faster than expected, so read your lease terms closely before you commit. Leasing is month to month, and you can rent online or pay online. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site.
