About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on Smoky Hill in Centennial, and the reviews keep circling back to one person: Tyler. Reviewers call him personable and responsive, and several mention he swapped units or found an alternative when the first one did not work out. The lot handles bigger rigs. One reviewer notes vehicles and large trailers move through without feeling cramped, and that large RVs and boats fit too. The site is gated, and the facility is described as clean and well kept, with doors looking uniform across the units. Climate controlled units are available at many Prime locations, and leases run month to month. Not everything is glowing: a few reviewers mention corporate rate increases and added fees. If you are parking something long, the access and the staff are what people talk about most.

What renters mention
“Ok - sit down for this review because it's a 10 out of 5. Why, you might ask. First the people. Tyler has been my "go to" contact at the Prime Storage in Centennial.” – mmartin19581, 6 months ago, on Google
“You cannot ask for a better Location Coordinator than Tyler. Tyler and his staff keep the location in order, spotless, Unit doors look uniform. Vehicles and larger trailers can pass through without being cramped in between the units.” – Support L., 3 months ago, on Google
“Outstanding experience overall. We ran into an issue finding our storage, spoke to Jonathan early morning on a Saturday and he helped us find an alternative unit as the first one was under ground, not something we wanted.” – Mark S., 3 months ago, on Google
