About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Aurora, Colorado, with uncovered spots for RVs, boats and cars alongside regular self-storage units. Access is by wide driveways, and the lot has video cameras. Climate-controlled units are available if you need them. Reviewers talk about the staff more than anything else, and the names that come up are Steven, Mike, Nick and Patrick. People describe them as patient and knowledgeable, and one customer said moving was the simplest part of the process. The rental process gets good marks too, and several reviews mention a clean location and clean office. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a rent increase without notice, and another mentioned a long wait at the counter during a computer glitch. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you want to walk the lot.
