About Prime Storage
Prime Storage runs a self-storage and vehicle lot in Charlotte, with outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and other rigs. Access is 24/7, cameras watch the property, and climate controlled units are available too. Leases go month to month, and you can pay online. The crew draws steady praise. Reviewers describe kind, patient staff, including one guest who was helped downsizing a unit while renting trailer parking. People also point to the cameras and the clean, maintained grounds. Not every review is warm. One RVer said other vehicles kept turning up in their assigned spot and it took 45 minutes to an hour to park, though the 24/7 line found them a new space. Others report rodent damage to stored belongings and say the cameras were down after thefts. Read the fine print on insurance limits. Worth a look, with eyes open.

What renters mention
“Jessica (Guest Services) and Lauren (Bob Beatty – Charlotte location) were incredibly helpful and patient throughout our transition.” – Inez, 3 months ago, on Google

“Good location right off the highway 485 and 85. Units are on one level instead of multiple levels, so it's easier to get in and out with your belongings instead of having to haul things up an elevator if you have a lot of stuff or heavy…” – B F., 11 months ago, on Google
