About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Fort Lauderdale handles self storage plus vehicle parking for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. Units come in a range of sizes, and many are climate controlled. The grounds are well lit and kept up, with easy roll-up doors. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 658 Google reviews, and the staff gets most of the praise. Latoya and Jan come up by name for being patient and helpful, including with a family sorting out a parent's unit. People also mention the elevators and a clean environment. Not every review is positive. Some complain about fees they did not expect and about being locked in when the garage closed earlier than the posted hours, so ask about access times and billing before you sign. Month-to-month leases, autopay and online bill pay are available. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site, and dollies and carts are on hand. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
