About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center at Broward Blvd
This is a U-Haul on Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, and it does more than hand out trucks. The counter handles hitch installation and wiring, trailer and truck rentals, and storage units. Reviews mention staff by name, including Shanard and Clive, who fixed a dangerous hitch error on a hot Sunday so a customer could leave on time. People say the counter crew is friendly and the work gets done fast, though not every visit goes smooth. One reviewer waited four days for a receipt and got double-charged on coverage. Another gave up on a propane fill after waiting outside with no one showing up. A third found the rented truck dirty and asked for a reservation ahead of time. If you have a rig to park or a hitch that needs attention, the service desk is the place to start. For a propane fill, you may want to check how the app queue is moving before you commit.
