About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Gloucester gets high marks for its front desk, especially from reviewers who mention Ashley by name. They describe her as friendly, thorough, and quick to follow up, whether you call or inquire online. One reviewer appreciated a call after they left a unit door open, and another got a tour to check the size before signing. The facility is described as clean, with units that are clearly marked and easy to find. Reviewers mention climate controlled options and a smooth rental process. One long-term renter downsized after two and a half years and found the flexible sizes a plus. Not every review is perfect. One person noted a rent increase after a couple of months, so ask about terms when you sign. The location offers vehicle storage for cars, boats, and RVs, plus packing supplies on site. Access is 24/7, though the office keeps regular hours.
