About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Latham's self-storage scene offers outdoor vehicle storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The lot has cameras and alarm monitoring, and you get access to your rig any time. Reviewers often praise the staff for being kind and the rental process for being easy. What comes up again and again in reviews is price increases. Several people mention their monthly rate jumped within a few months, often after a promotional start. A few also note mice in outdoor units, which is worth knowing if you're parking long-term. One reviewer called out Dee by name for sorting out a billing mess and aligning due dates. Overall, the place gets a 4.0 from 218 reviews, with safety and convenience among the things people highlight.

What renters mention
“Was pleased with the time I had things in storage. I do understand that on lease you have to give 15 day notice when leaving.” – Debra P., 2 months ago, on Google
“Dee delivered some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I have two storage units and due to a data quality issue, were not on one single account. Fixed. Due dates for both units were aligned, per my request. Done.” – Pat M., a year ago, on Google
“Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. Rentals fees went up too fast and frequent. We started at 75/month and within 6 months it had nearly doubled to 133/month.” – Margaret C., Edited 3 months ago, on Google
