About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Marietta is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle parking for RVs, boats and cars. You get 24/7 access, cameras and alarm monitoring, plus climate-controlled units if you need them. There are also moving and packaging supplies on site, which is handy if you are mid-move. Reviews are all over the map. The good ones mention kind staff and a friendly welcome, and a few people call out fair rates and quick problem resolution. Several reviewers highlight the climate control. But there are loud complaints too. Some reviewers describe broken gates, rude treatment and belongings moved without consent. A few mention refund disputes. With 556 Google reviews and a 4.5 rating, the average looks solid, but the negative stories are worth reading before you commit. Month-to-month leases are offered, so you are not locked in long term.
