About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Mechanicsburg side runs a self-storage facility that also takes cars, boats, and motorcycles, plus RVs. Drive-up access means you pull right up to the unit instead of hauling gear down a hall. Units are on one level, and reviewers repeatedly mention how clean they are. The place has cameras, alarm monitoring, and 24/7 access, so you are not locked into office hours. Rentals are month to month, payments can be handled online, and packing supplies are on site if you need them. Reviews land at 4.8 from almost 600 people. Several call out Matt by name for walking them to their unit and answering questions without rushing. A couple of reviewers had billing mix-ups, and both say the company refunded them and made it right. Easy signup and simple move-outs come up a lot too.
