About Prime Storage

Prime Storage on the Enola side runs a clean lot with cameras and 24/7 access, and the Google reviews back that up at 4.5 from 236 people. Staff get named a lot, especially Kevin, who reviewers describe as flexible and clear about how the rental works. One car owner had a rough time. The units sit on an incline and a low vehicle scraped backing in, so lowered cars are worth a look in person first. Others flagged a gate that breaks and stays open for stretches, and one tenant left stuff in an aisle driveway. Pricing got mixed words too. Some got a lower rate up front, then saw it climb, and one reviewer didn't know about the 15-day notice to end a lease. The lot itself stayed clean on every visit, and people keep recommending the place anyway.
