About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on East Brown Road in Mesa is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. It sits near North Recker Road, next to O'Reilly Auto Parts, which makes it easy to find if you're coming from Superstition Springs or Eastmark. The place has 24/7 access, video surveillance, and climate control, and you can rent online any time. Reviewers often mention the staff. One calls the manager one of the best they've come across, saying she's understanding and solution-oriented. Others describe the team as friendly and accommodating, and the office as clean with short waits. The rental process gets a few nods for being easy. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews bring up rate increases after the first few months, and a couple of people say they had trouble getting issues resolved through the customer service line. It's worth reading the recent reviews yourself. The facility offers month-to-month leasing and sells packing and moving supplies on site.
