About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the New Bern side runs a gated facility with camera coverage and 24/7 access for tenants. Reviewers bring up the clean units and the security setup more than once, and several mention renting online before they ever showed up. The staff gets the most ink. Whitney, the general manager, comes up in review after review by name. People describe her as patient through the walk-through, quick to get the paperwork done, and the kind of manager who remembers a tenant's hobby. One long-time customer has been at the site since 2007. Vehicle storage covers cars, boats and RVs, with climate controlled units at many locations. Leases are month to month, payments run online, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. It's a self-storage facility, so call ahead on RV dimensions and availability.
