About United Storage - Grantham Center
United Storage runs three facilities around New Bern, and the Grantham Center location handles covered drive-through storage plus RV and boat parking. Reviewers mention keeping campers there and say the staff, including Steve, are helpful even during construction. Cleanliness comes up again and again. People call it one of the cleanest facilities they've used, with a clean area and well-kept grounds. Security gets good marks too, and the crew is described as friendly and courteous. One reviewer had a different experience with billing, saying rent went up after late payments even when late fees were paid. It's a fair heads-up if you're the type to cut it close on due dates. Military discounts and free truck rental with move-in are part of the deal, and the property is 100% flood-free.
