About Prime Storage
On Merle Drive in Palm Desert, this Prime Storage location handles self storage and also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. The place is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Janet and Jose come up often, described as patient and clear about the process. One person said Janet walked them through their first unit and made it feel easy. Another mentioned Jose calling to welcome them after they set up a rental by phone. Not every review is glowing. One person wrote about a dusty unit and a rate that went up more than expected, and another had trouble with a security gate and a credit that didn't process. Worth reading through the reviews yourself. The office is wheelchair accessible, and online payments and month-to-month leasing are offered.
