About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Palm Desert and runs as a self-storage facility, with indoor units that are climate controlled and accessible around the clock. The listed units are small and medium sizes, 5x5 up to 10x10, and some sit on the ground floor while others are reached by elevator. A wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot are on site, and packing supplies are sold here. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. One person named Allissa and said she walked them through everything and kept the process quick. Others mention Ben and Allissa together when they came in to sort out unit info and pay bills. Cleanliness comes up often too, with several people calling the property clean and well-maintained. Not every review is positive. One renter complained that the single elevator to the second floor was broken and that they were told to wait 72 hours, which locked them out of an upstairs unit. A separate reviewer had a bad phone experience. Worth knowing if you plan to store upstairs.
