About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits just outside Saratoga Springs, past the Wilton Mall. Reviewers call the place spotless and safe, with good lighting and plenty of parking. Carts are always available for moving boxes and big items. The indoor units are clean, and people say they've never had trouble getting in or out. Staff get consistent praise. Conor and Evan are named for being friendly and quick to help. When no one's on site, a live video agent on the kiosk answers questions. The rental process is easy, and many units are new. Climate control and 24/7 access with cameras are part of the setup. One recurring complaint: rate increases. Some renters saw two jumps in under a year, and one called the initial price misleading. Others mention being locked out after switching units. The facility is well run overall, but read the lease terms on pricing before you sign.
