About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits in Union City and runs as a self-storage facility that also handles outdoor parking for cars, boats and RVs. Reviewers bring up the staff again and again, and names like Chadrack, Joe and Carlos come up as friendly and quick to answer questions. One reviewer said a manager stayed late to help unload a moving truck. The place reads as clean and secure in the reviews, and people describe the sign-up as easy. Rates are a sticking point: one reviewer said their rate doubled in six months, and another mentioned parking on the side street gets tight when non-customers take the spots. A reviewer also suggested fixing some stairs. If you need a spot for the rig and want people on site who know the property, it is worth a look. Month-to-month leases and online payments are part of the setup.
