About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on the Warren side runs a self-storage operation that also takes cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles, according to its own listing. Climate controlled units are available at many locations in the chain. Leases go month to month, and you can handle your account online. The place scores 4.6 across 216 Google reviews. Cleanliness comes up most, with 15 mentions, and staff kindness follows close behind. One long-time customer calls it a 10 out of 10 for value and cleanliness. Others describe a welcoming atmosphere at what several treat as a new facility. Not every review is warm. A few complain about rate increases and about garage and vehicle entry doors being broken or out of order, which they say cuts off access. Phone trouble shows up more than once, including messages that went unreturned. One reviewer described a lock that had been cut. The staff member who helped a repeat customer drew praise.
