About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Warren and handles more than household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats and cars, with covered, indoor and outdoor options listed. Gates are electronic and keypad controlled, and access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Devin. People describe him walking them through the paperwork, fixing an online reservation where they picked the wrong unit size, and even letting a family out after the gate locked before opening hours. The sign-up process comes across as quick, and several reviewers call the office clean. Not every review is warm. One person wrote about autopay that never worked and months of late fees, saying the managers tried to get those fees refunded. The rating sits at 4.7 across 538 reviews, so complaints are the exception. An on-site manager is listed, and you can reserve online and go straight to your unit.
