Prime Storage, 2288 N Webb Rd

About Prime Storage

Prime Storage on the self-storage side of Wichita runs a big operation. Indoor units, some climate controlled, plus parking for cars, boats, RVs and motorcycles. Drive-up access and roll-up doors make loading less of a chore, and there's a loading dock on site. Reviews give it 4.6 stars over 537 ratings, and the themes that come up most are climate control and rates. The climate control gets steady praise. The rates get the opposite, with more than one reviewer saying the monthly price climbed within months, sometimes more than once. Managers get kind words from some renters; others describe an office where you deal with a kiosk instead. A reviewer also noted a broken door meant the facility was open to anyone for days and said the cameras record but aren't monitored. Fencing, lighting and cameras are part of the setup, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Leases run month to month, autopay and major credit cards are accepted, and online rental is an option reviewers mention.
